we are happy to answer any questions.

  • do you offer only one-on-one online lessons?

yes, we aim to have you speaking spanish in the shortest time, and Since each students has different goals, interests, strengths and weaknesses, we believe that the best and fastest way to learn a language is to do it at your own pace. Therefore, we offer only one-to-one personalised courses.

However, if you would like to study with someone who is going to be travelling with you or share your same needs and interests, then lessons can be adapted for a small group.

  • Are the lessons with or without webcam?

There is no need to use a webcam. Some of our students who live in remote areas with limited data and poor internet reception prefer just an audio lesson since the video link uses far more data and will most likely slow down the connection.

So it is up to the student.

  • is the assessment free of charge?

yes, The assessment is always free of charge and you do not need to pay for it. we will never ask for your credit card.

the purpose of the assessment is for us to have an idea of how much Spanish you know in order to plan your course/lessons.

  • can i have a trial lesson free of charge?

Yes, your trial lesson is free, you do not need to pay for it. and you will not be asked for your credit card.

the (free) trial lesson (around 40 minutes) will be scheduled before any payment is made. The main purpose of the free trial lesson is to show you how we work, and for you to ask us any questions before deciding whether we are the right option for you.

You will never be asked for your credit card details – and you will not make any payments until after your assessment (if necessary) and your free trial lesson.

  • What's your refund policy?

that is why we give you the option of paying for your lessons one by one.

If you want to cancel or postpone a lesson (subject to tutor's availability), you can do that by email as long as you give us 24 hours notice.
N.B. If a block of lessons has been booked, those lessons must be taken within a certain amount of weeks. Please, ask your tutor.
